We will be offering our incredibly popular Yee Sang Prosperity Toss Salad again this Lunar New Year!
This uniquely Malaysian celebratory dish is a fresh, colourful salad with smoked salmon served with crunchy crackers with an enhanced plum sauce. The idea is that the garnishes and sauce are drizzled onto the salad at the table, just before participants stand up to toss the salad up in the air with chopsticks to mix everything together. It is said that the higher the salad is tossed, the more luck and prosperity is in store for the people around the table!
It will be available for dine-in at the restaurant or as a beautiful takeaway platter to be enjoyed at home with your friends and loved ones.
Each salad is designed to be shared between 4 to 6 people and costs £46.66 each.
DINE IN
Yee Sang will be available as a special at the restaurant between 16 January until 4 February. It MUST be pre-ordered in as many multiples as you like with at least 24 hours notice. Simply book your table and at the last step of the booking process, INCLUDE A NOTE in the special requests box that you want to order the salad.

TAKEAWAY PLATTER FOR COLLECTION
Yee Sang takeaway platters will be available on two dates only - Saturdays 21 or 28 January for collection between 12 to 6pm. We are sorry we cannot offer nationwide delivery like previous years with our Pezu collaboration, as we are just not set up to do this.

Pre-orders and payments must be made before Friday 13 January to give us enough time to initiate the work streams required.
